What is a TV audio out port?

Don't confuse this with the audio-in port, which won't let you hear sound with headphones. Only the audio-out port can output audio from the TV. You can plug an audio cable or transmitter here, and there are 4 types of audio-out ports we support: RCA, USB, 3.5mm, and optical digital. You might usually find them on the back of your TV or cable box.

How to adjust volume？

Click the volume "+" or "-" button on the headphones. If the volume on headphones is at the max level and you want to increase the volume again, you could adjust the volume in the audio source directly.

Why I hear terrible sound?

(1) It may be caused by the incompatibility between the TV and USB transmitter. Please take off the USB transmitter from the TV, and get power to it through power adapter.
(2) Move the source of interference (wireless devices or excessive physical barriers) away or move away from them. And make sure to turn off Bluetooth on other devices, then pair headphones and transmitter again or clear pairing history of BOTH them. (Clear pairing history is NOT turn on/off.)

When BKM400 are plugged into the tv, will the tv speakers be disabled?

If you'd like to get sound on both your TV speakers and headphones at the same time, it depends on whether the TV is able to support getting sound out to two sources simultaneously. Usually, you can connect the transmitter to your TV via optical port or RCA port and make sure that your TV’s audio output is set to “TV Speaker + Audio Out”, You can get sound simultaneously!

Which BKM400 works on a tv with no audio output jack?

If your TV doesn't have an audio out, try plugging into your satelitte box or get an additional audio extractor. Our headphones support Optical, 3.5mm AUX, RCA and USB options. It's pretty rare that a TV wouldn't have one of these options.
